For policies purchased in the U.S. by US residents, coverage is underwritten by Arch Insurance Company (NAIC #11150) under policy series including LTP 2013 and amendments thereto. For non-U.S. and non-Cayman residents international travel coverage is underwritten by H&W Indemnity (SPC) Ltd. on behalf of Global Solutions SP. This international travel coverage does not apply to domestic travel within a traveler’s home country.

Coverage varies by jurisdiction and is subject to applicable law and not all coverages are available in all areas. Terms, conditions, restrictions, limitations and exclusions, including pre-existing condition exclusions, apply. In case of any discrepancy or conflict, your plan documents shall govern. Travel assistance services are provided by the designated assistance provider identified in the plan document.
