You can start your claim now and then upload additional documents later. Depending on the type of claim filed, you will likely need the following information to initiate a claim:
Arch RoamRight Policy Number (found in the email you received from us when you purchased your policy)
Where you purchased your policy (the name of a travel agency, roamright.com, etc.)
Personal information (contact info, birthdate, etc.)
Travel information (departure date, return date, etc.)
Details surrounding the incident or loss (date of occurrence, description of situation, etc.)
A Note About Claims Related to Medical Situations:
If you are filing a medical expense claim or a trip cancellation or trip interruption claim that is due to a medical situation, you will need to obtain a statement from the patient’s treating physician.
This is not required to begin the claim process. You can file your claim now and upload the Attending Physician Statement form once it is completed.
